The Role
n
We're seeking a driven and commercially minded Corporate Sales Executive to grow and manage our corporate, consortia, and entertainment business segments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying current opportunities, and delivering seamless group experiences from enquiry through to execution.

Key Responsibilities
n

Develop and implement tailored sales strategies across corporate and entertainment segments
n
Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities to strengthen market presence
n
Build and nurture long‐term relationships with corporate clients, consortia partners, and entertainment agencies
n
Conduct regular client calls, meetings, and networking activities
n
Manage entertainment and group bookings end‐to‐end, including contracts, BEOs, and group resumes
n
Collaborate closely with Reservations, Front Office, and Operations to ensure flawless delivery
n




Prepare monthly sales performance reports with insights and recommendations
n
Monitor client feedback, market trends, and segment performance
n
Champion commercially sound decisions aligned with 1 Hotels' brand values and standards
n

About You
n
n
Proven experience in corporate, entertainment, or group hotel sales
n
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and drive growth opportunities
n
Confident communicator with excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
n
Highly organised, proactive, and results‐driven
n
Passionate about sustainability and aligned with the values of authentic luxury
