Manager – Data Insights
n
Work directly with senior clients across the university sector to collect, analyse and deliver insights from data.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Design, deliver and manage analysis supporting projects for ANZ clients to generate insight.
n
Lead and monitor development of client reports including executive briefings, regional reviews and best‐practice roundtables.
n
Coach and develop team members to enable performance excellence, identify team goals and track progress.
n
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the business.
n
Develop specialist expertise within IP and business processes and contribute to new knowledge that supports the regional and global business.
n
Manage individual client relationships by building productive relationships with Program Managers, Functional Owners and Academic Stakeholders.
n
Actively support the development of new business.
n

A bit about you
n
n
Solid academic background, Bachelor's degree or higher.
n
Strong quantitative analysis capability.
n
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
n




Relationship builder with proven experience developing teams and contributing to new or existing client development opportunities.
n
Experience in corporate services transformations, service improvement programs, back‐office process and/or operating model redesign.
n
Proficient with business intelligence tools and data analysis to test hypotheses and identify data quality issues and unexpected changes.
n
Highly organised, excellent attention to detail and experience in project management.
n
Experience with complex data collections (preferred).
