Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide the technical leadership in the engineering execution of renewable energy projects (solar, battery storage, etc.).
n
Oversee the technical issues in the design, delivery, and acceptance phases to ensure compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standards.
n
Collaborate with project managers, solution engineers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
n
Develop and review engineering documentation, including technical drawings, design reports, and compliance reports.
n
Provide technical support to operations, maintenance, and asset management teams.
n
Review tender response document, contract document, and design documents, to identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines, budget, or performance.
n
Support the continuous improvement of engineering processes.

Requirements
n
n
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
n
3+ years of experience in engineering project delivery, with 1+ years in renewable energy or power infrastructure of utility scale.
n
Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems, power electronics, grid integration, and energy storage solutions.
n
Familiarity with engineering standards and regulations including those relating to BESS and Inverter system (AS/NZS series, IEC, IEEE, NEC, local grid codes, etc.).
n
Experience in engineering design software (AutoCAD or similar).
n
Strong problem‐solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a rapid‐paced environment.
n
Excellent leadership skills to coordinate multi‐disciplinary teams.
n
Excellent communication skills to interface with both internal teams and customer for complex requirement clarification and solution development.
n
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
n
n
Preferred Qualifications
n
n
EA Qualifications or equivalent certification in relevant area.
n
Knowledge of SCADA, PPC, EMS for energy systems.
n
Previous experience in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environment.
