Europcar is seeking a sales‐motivated and customer‐oriented Sales & Customer Service Officer for our Melbourne Airport team on a full‐time basis. You will greet customers, process rentals, upsell services, and work to exceed sales targets in a fast‐paced workplace.

The role requires excellent communication, a customer‐first mindset, and flexibility to work a rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays. Knowledge of rental systems and a valid Australian driver's license are essential.
