Experience
n
No of years of experience in BI development, with at least 7+ years in a senior role.

Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level BI solutions.
n
BI Solution Development
n
Design, develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
n
Ensure BI solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
n
Work extensively with AWS services
n
Implement best practices for cloud-based data pipelines and storage.
n
Stakeholder Engagement
n
Collaborate with business leaders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements.
n
Present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and provide recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise
n
Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (dashboards, reports, advanced calculations, performance tuning).
n
Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services for BI and data warehousing.

Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
