An established and well-respected Owners Corporation business is seeking an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to join their team.

About the Role
n
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Owners Corporations while delivering exceptional service to committees, owners and stakeholders.
n
n
Managing a residential and mixed-use Owners Corporation portfolio.
n
Building robust relationships with owners, committees and contractors.
n
Preparing and chairing Committee Meetings and Annual General Meetings.
n
Coordinating repairs, maintenance and capital works.
n
Managing contractor quotations, tenders and service agreements.
n
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practice.
n

About You
n
To be considered, you will have:
n
n




A minimum of 3 years' experience managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 Owners Corporations.
n
Strong knowledge of the Owners Corporations Act and associated legislation.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
n
Sound financial literacy and experience interpreting budgets and financial reports.
n
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
n
