Job Summary / Overview
n
The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of deployment works including access installation, integration and commissioning. This role plays a key part in ensuring delivery of project milestones while maintaining compliance with safety standards and contractual requirements.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Develop scope of works documentation and contract management plans
n
Provide leadership and direction to subcontractors on access and construction methodologies
n
Manage and lead project teams across multiple work groups
n
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety management and corporate policies
n
Act as a trusted advisor during design and deployment feasibility assessments
n
Oversee deployment planning resources and HSEQ adherence
n
Interface with clients and accountable teams on reporting, planning and escalations
n
Manage project performance data, scheduling and reporting
n
Identify deviations from baselines and implement mitigation strategies
n
Promote a strong WHS culture across teams and subcontractors
n
n




Required Qualifications
n
n
5 to 8 years relevant project management experience
n
Background in construction methodologies and best practice
n
Experience delivering large‐scale infrastructure or LTE construction projects
n
Experience in contract and subcontractor management
n
Strong stakeholder and client‐facing communication skills
n
Proven ability to manage complex project deliverables and schedules
n
High commitment to HSEQ and WHS compliance
n
Ability to work within multidisciplinary project teams
n
