Urgent requirement of ISAM Engineer - Contract - Australia

Requirements
n
n
ISAM Module skills: Base, Advanced Access Control(AAC), Federation
n
Experience with ISAM/IAM/LDAP operations support
n
SAM administration and support for Base, AAC, Federation Modules
n
Configuring SSO solutions using Access Manager.
n
Federated Single Sign-on using SAML Standards
n
Must have Understanding of SSO, SAML, SAML 2.0, OAUTH, ADFS
n
Good to have experience in migration of applications to ISAM Federation Model
n
Integrate business applications with ISAM as per requirements
n
Implement Multi-factor Authentication, OAuth, OIDC and other authentication mechanisms
n
Independent contributor with the ability to resolve issues and close tickets
n
Day-to-Day operations support activities
n
Workflow knowledge in
design/implementations,
provisioning process, junctions, adapters, Clustering, Policies, User registries.
n
Knowledge in Tivoli Directory Server (TDS), External Authentication Interface (EAI), PD Admin, Python, Federation module, Distributed session cache & Web Services.
n
Troubleshooting knowledge over server-level to user-level queries.
n
Knowledge on SSL certificate renewal.
n
Experience in Architecture & Design aspects of IAM is preferred.
n
Migration and Implementation experience in ISAM would be an add-on
n




Must be able to lead and participate in outage calls
n
Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required
n
Participate in daily/ weekly/ monthly/ customer / internal meetings and provide an activity report
n
Able to create policy and procedure manual
n
Understand the SLA and ensure the SLAs are met as per the TCS agreement with the customer
n
Automation experience with
Jenkins/Ansible/Github/Chef/puppet
n
Good to have experience with migrations to Microsoft Azure
n
Good to know about Automation using Ansible
n
Good to know CICD/DevOps methodologies
n
Good to know Terraform
n
Positive to know Splunk
n
Coordination with multiple stakeholders / third-party vendors for break-fix
n
Assist in the implementation of best practices, processes and tools
n
n

To build up a functional ISAM platform for our client with coordination and teamwork.
n
To support in deploying the servers and end-to-end support in troubleshooting the issues related to any components in ISAM.
n
Need to work with ISAM server configurations, Policies, user registries, clustering, EAI, etc..
n
