We are seeking an experienced and people‐focused Centre Leader to join our Belrose dental centre. This role offers the prospect to lead a well established clinic with a loyal patient base, a fantastic team and experienced dentists who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
n

Lead the day‐to‐day operations of the dental centre.
n
Coach, mentor and develop a high‐performing support team.
n
Manage rostering, workflow, patient coordination and centre presentation.
n
Support practitioners in delivering exceptional patient care and efficient clinical operations.
n
Monitor and influence key financial and operational performance metrics.
n
Build a positive team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.
n
Partner closely with the Regional Business Leader to support ongoing centre success.

Qualifications & Experience
n
n
Experience in a Centre Leader, Practice Manager or similar leadership role (dental experience highly regarded).
n
Strong operational experience including rostering, workflow and patient coordination.
n
Experience leading and developing teams to achieve great outcomes.
n
Confidence managing centre performance and driving continuous improvement.
n
Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills.
n
