About the role:
n
You will work on a range of complex class actions and group litigation matters.
n
Your role will include:
n
n
Drafting pleadings, evidence, correspondence and court documents.
n
Working closely with counsel,



experts and key stakeholders.
n
Assisting with discovery, investigations and factual analysis.
n
Liaising with clients and group members.
n
Supporting the progression of complex matters through the litigation process.
n
For the more experienced lawyer, you will be given autonomy to manage and delegate your own tasks.
n
n
The ideal candidate:
n
n
1-6+ years' PQE in commercial litigation or complex disputes.
n
Class actions experience is highly regarded for junior candidates.
n
Class actions experience is necessary for candidates 4+ PQE.
n
Excellent drafting, analytical and file management skills.
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a busy team environment.
