About the Role
n
We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Occupational Therapist to join our growing allied health team supporting NDIS participants across a range of ages and presentations.
n
This role offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful, person-centred therapy that empowers clients to build independence, achieve their goals, and improve quality of life. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary setting providing services in the community, via telehealth, and/or clinic settings depending on your preference and location.
n

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to NDIS participants
n
Conduct functional capacity assessments and provide clinical recommendations
n
Develop therapy plans tailored to participant goals and needs
n




Provide intervention across areas including daily living skills, sensory regulation, emotional regulation, and independence-building
n
Complete NDIS progress reports and documentation in line with compliance requirements
n
Liaise with families, support coordinators, carers, and other allied health professionals
n
Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes and records
n
n
About You
n
n
Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
n
Experience working within the NDIS sector highly regarded
n
Strong communication and report-writing skills
n
Ability to work autonomously while being part of a collaborative team
n
Compassionate, organised, and outcome-focused approach
n
Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
n
Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
