n Rate: $163,000 - $175,500 + super

About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a major construction project in Mandurah. Working closely with the project manager, you will lead site‐based activities and supervise a workforce of approximately 40 personnel, including subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Allocate and coordinate workforce activities across the project site
n
Supervise and manage subcontractors and direct labour personnel
n
Coordinate heavy cable pull activities and industrial cable tray installation works
n
Conduct daily pre‐start meetings and safety briefings
n
Complete risk assessments and ensure site compliance requirements are met
n
Manage procurement and materials coordination for site activities
n
Monitor project schedules and support programming of works
n
Promote a strong safety culture and positive site environment
n
Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
n




Manage multiple priorities and operational demands across the project
n

Mandatory Requirements
n
n
Current Unrestricted WA Electrical Licence
n
Construction Industry General Safety Induction (White Card)
n
Current WA Driver's Licence
n
Demonstrated experience supervising electrical or infrastructure construction projects
n
Experience coordinating subcontractors and site‐based workforces
n
Strong understanding of pre‐starts, risk assessments, site management, procurement, and scheduling
n
Ability to manage multiple project requirements simultaneously
n
Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
n

Preferred

ACMA Open Cabling Registration
n
Experience with heavy cable installation projects
n
Experience supervising industrial electrical infrastructure works
n
Exposure to communications, utilities, or major infrastructure projects
n
