Senior Account Executive / Account Director

We're looking for a Senior Account Executive or Account Director to join us in a senior client-facing role. Someone who is ready to run a portfolio of corporate accounts across property, construction and professional services.

What the role looks like:

Manage the full client lifecycle; renewals, risk management advice, negotiation, with a focus on portfolio growth
n
Working across industries and insurance products – not pigeonholed
n
Autonomous way of working with strong market connections
n
Responsibility for client opportunities created by existing momentum
n
Versatile remuneration with potential incentive plan or profit share
n
Administrative support is provided, though as part of a small, close-knit team, a collaborative and flexible approach is valued.
