We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Lead - Business Analysis to work on major client projects in Australia. This is a full-time role for someone passionate about creating an impact and harnessing technology's transformative power.

Role Description:

As an Associate Lead - Business Analysis, you will be responsible for bridging business needs and technical solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams. You will ensure technical excellence by developing business requirements, designing processes, and supporting project delivery with minimal disruption to the business.

Detailed Job Description:

n
Requirement elicitation and stakeholder management
n
Apply Domain-driven design (DDD) principles and approach
n
Conduct event storming and apply big picture methodology for microservices
n
Develop ubiquitous language, bounded context, and context maps
n
Utilize Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) and modelling techniques
n
Leverage domain knowledge in Banking, Insurance, and Telecom with hands-on experience
n
Collaborate using Agile methodologies and tools (Confluence, JIRA, TFS, MS DevOps)
n
Perform manual,



automation, and UAT testing
n
Strong experience in the auction business model with retail and financial products/services
n
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and knowledge of MS Dynamics
n
Mentor end users on application functionalities
n
Expertise in program and project management
n
Hands-on experience in UX design
n
Solid knowledge of DBMS and SQL queries
n
Design and implement enterprise systems using DDD, FDD, and SOA
n
Capture requirements and prepare BRD, FRS, use case diagrams, and process flows
n
Requirement elicitation for web, desktop, and mobile (Android/iOS) applications
n
Identify and manage project risks and impacts
n
Knowledge of Dual-track Agile Helix and P3 framework for product engineering
n
Deliver business solution design documentation and ensure design principle traceability
n
Collaborate with product teams to prioritize and shape product backlogs
n
Conduct UAT with cross-functional teams
n
Provide subject matter expertise and incremental value delivery
n
Analyze data and visualize business-relevant conclusions
n
Develop UI designs for web, mobile, and desktop applications
n
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with developers
n
Generate and maintain process documentation
n
