About You:
n
n
Experience working in change or transformation projects within large organisations
n
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Working knowledge of change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR, PCI)
n
Exposure to utilities, mining, or regulated industries is highly desirable
n
n
We are seeking two Change Analysts to join a dynamic team within a large, complex enterprise environment. These roles will work closely with Change Leads to support a wide range of internal transformation initiatives, focusing on stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, communications, and change delivery.
n You'll contribute to shaping and implementing tailored interventions to help teams effectively transition through change. This is a outstanding opportunity for professionals who enjoy working across multiple initiatives and engaging with cross-functional teams.
n Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate how proposed changes affect people, processes, and systems
n
Assist with stakeholder mapping, engagement planning, and coordination
n
Support development and execution of change and communication plans
n
Collaborate with communications and training teams to create materials and sessions
n
Capture feedback, report on change readiness,



and identify opportunities for improvement
n
n
