The role requires friendly, flexible teamwork, solid communication, and accurate audio typing to respond to ad hoc queries and deadlines.
You will work with the Epic EPR system to monitor pathways, coordinate admissions, maintain waiting lists, and support 18-week RTT processes while assisting patients and staff across Colchester and Ipswich sites.
