Service Stream is seeking three Telecommunications resources to support the Client Enterprise Services team in managing queries and escalation priority delivery.
The roles will be performed onshore from the Client Centre Sydney or Client Centre Melbourne offices, with an estimated effort of 90 hours split between the 3 resources per week.
The Delivery Engagement Specialist (DES) will operate across the full suite of Enterprise and Wholesale products, prioritise work orders and INC resolutions,
