Administration Team Leader Epworth Rehabilitation | Hawthorn | Full Time
Lead a high-performing administration team and help shape an exceptional patient experience at one of Victoria's leading healthcare organisations.
As the Administration Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations across outpatient, consulting and reception services, ensuring efficient processes, outstanding customer service and strong team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a team of administration professionals to deliver exceptional patient-centred service.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of outpatient, medical consulting and hospital reception services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement, operational performance and stakeholder satisfaction while building strong relationships with clinicians, medical staff and key support service.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospital patient administration.
Strong leadership capability with experience supporting and developing teams.
Knowledge of health fund contracts and patient administration systems such as iPM, Genie or similar.
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
