Key Responsibilities
Prospect for new business in the corporate SME segment
Achieve maximum revenue with highest yield possible for your segment
Collaborate with the operations team to generate quality leads from stations
Ensure sound and seamless onboarding of new SME customers
Ensure information presented is compliant with company standards and of a professional standard
Record all customer contacts and transactions daily in Salesforce
Use Salesforce marketing automation for communications to the SME database
Template-based proposal generation on new SME business opportunities
Understand and implement profitability analysis of rate products
Ensure CRM system is updated daily; compile monthly reports and record sales activities
Contract Management using DocuSign solutions for SME contracts
Qualifications




Minimum 1-2 years' experience working within a similar role or sales environment
Experience in a competitive business-to-business environment is beneficial
Proven track record of developing and maintaining effective long‐term customer relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales‐driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent negotiation and problem‐solving abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast‐paced environment
Full and current Australian driver's licence
Knowledge of CRM systems
