Proven track record in managing a busy kitchen and team
Competence in stock control, ordering, and menu development
Proficiency in staff rostering
Exceptional attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of food
Knowledge of food safety procedures
Relevant qualifications
Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays
2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
