About the prospect
Located in Welshpool, we are seeking an experienced
Administration/ Office Manager
to join the business on a permanent,
part-time basis, working three days per week
.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this is a broad role responsible for overseeing the company's financial administration, payroll, HR, office operations and Integrated Management System (IMS).
You will work across the business, supporting management and overseeing administration processes while ensuring financial, HR and compliance requirements are maintained.
Key responsibilities include
Manage payroll, accounts and financial administration – Xero experience essential.
Prepare management reports, cash flow, budgets and financial information.
Coordinate month/year-end processes, BAS and financial schedules, liaising with the external accountant.




Manage HR administration including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, training, workers' compensation and workforce requirements.
Administer and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS/Mango) and associated documentation.
Coordinate ISO compliance, audits, corrective actions and management reviews (ISO knowledge highly regarded but not essential).
Support tenders, proposals, contracts, pre-qualifications and sales administration.
Assist with procurement, supplier documentation and inventory administration.
Support management with reporting, business planning and process improvements.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will have administration management experience with an accounts or bookkeeping background, including payroll, financial reporting, HR and general business administration.
ISO or Mango experience is highly regarded.
You will also possess:
Hands-on Xero experience across payroll and accounts – essential
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
Experience preparing reports and business documentation
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Current Australian Driver's Licence
You will be required to complete a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening and supply a current National Police Clearance.
