The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
Electrical Engineering degree is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Works well in a team environment.
A desire to learn about the company and the industry.
Work experience or exposure to Electrical / Telecommunications industry is highly regarded but not essential.
A precise and careful eye for detail.
The ability to work efficiently and prioritise tasks.
The ability to commute between multiple work locations.
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Continue professional and technical development through self-education, attending supplier training sessions, seminars, etc
Provide specialised protection and control application support.
Automation and Monitoring and Diagnostics exposure is also included
Provide detailed design and selection of equipment for electrical projects
Perform electrical testing in our Melbourne laboratory or at site
Assisting and reviewing hardware and software queries
Working with the sales team, communicate product benefits and differentiators to customers
