Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation through to closure.
n
Develop and manage project plans, governance frameworks, budgets, schedules and resource requirements.
n
Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
n
Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear project reporting and communication.
n
Drive successful project outcomes across time, cost, quality and business benefit measures.
n
Lead and influence cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
n
Provide guidance and mentorship to Business Analysts and junior project team members.
n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen project management capability across the organisation.
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business or a related discipline.
n
PMP, PMI or equivalent project management certification.
n
7+ years' experience delivering complex projects with a strong track record of success.
n
Deep experience within wealth management, superannuation,



investments or wrap platforms.
n
Proven experience delivering large-scale migration or platform transformation projects.
n
Strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
n
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
n
Experience working with executive and senior leadership stakeholders.
n
Strong leadership capability with experience coaching and mentoring others.
n
Advanced problem‐solving, commercial and project management skills.
