The role requires you to have at least a relevant AQF or equivalent Certificate IV and at least 12 months of relevant work experience
The position will require you to perform the following tasks;
Lead, supervise and train front-of-house staff, including induction, ongoing coaching, and ensuring required competencies are met.
Provide hands-on support with customer service, food and beverage service and cleaning duties
Ensure all guests are greeted and served in a professional, timely and friendly manner.
Perform daily cash handling tasks, including till reconciliation, float management, and end-of-day reports.
Check and receive deliveries, ensuring the correct quantity and quality of stock received.
Respond to customer complaints or concerns professionally and **escalate** when required.
Assist with shift planning by identifying staffing needs based on expected customer volumes.
Report any equipment faults, maintenance needs, or workplace hazards to management.
Ensure food handling and hygiene procedures are followed by all team members.
Encourage a positive, team-oriented working environment and lead by example during busy periods.

SALARY
The salary offered will be $70,000 to $80,000 per annum, negotiated based on your experience.
