Are you an experienced team leader with a passion for horticulture, grounds maintenance, and leading crews to deliver high-quality outdoor spaces?
We are seeking motivated Team Leaders to join our growing team across Western Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs.
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will supervise and work alongside a small crew undertaking a variety of horticultural and grounds maintenance activities.
You'll be responsible for ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while leading by example in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and supervising maintenance crews
Coordinating daily work schedules and site activities
Maintaining parks, gardens, open spaces, and landscaped areas
Operating horticultural equipment and tools safely
Conducting planting, pruning, mowing, edging,



and general grounds maintenance
Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and quality standards
Liaising with supervisors, clients, and team members

Requirements
Certificate III in Horticulture, Parks & Gardens, or equivalent OR 5+ years' experience as a Team Leader in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture
Current Driver's Licence
Valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain one
Clean Police Check
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to motivate and manage a team in outdoor environments
