The Chance:

Join a reputable mining company committed to safety and career development. We're seeking a Senior Emergency Services Officer (ESO) for an underground gold mine on a FIFO 8/6 roster. Lead and mentor the Emergency Response Team, oversee emergency and medical procedures, and drive continuous improvement in a safety-focused environment.

The Role:
n
n
Lead and mentor Emergency Services Officers and the Emergency Response Team.
n
Ensure compliance with emergency response plans, medical protocols, and training schedules.
n
Maintain and inspect emergency and medical equipment.
n




Administer medical treatment and manage medical protocols.
n
Collate performance data and maintain accurate records.
n
Identify areas for improvement in emergency response procedures and participate in post-incident debriefings.
n
n
The Requirements:
n
n
Relevant qualifications and extensive experience in emergency management and medical response (mining experience essential).
n
Leadership experience and strong mentoring skills.
n
Strong organisational, administration, and communication skills.
n
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
n
Must be able to work on an 8/6 FIFO roster ex Perth.
