Job Summary
Assist the head coach in the selection, instruction, training, and conditioning of all athletes/teams assigned by the head coach.
Responsibilities
Assist the head coach in instruction, training, and conditioning of all athletes/teams.
Maintain attitude of good sportsmanship and fair play, following the Coach's Code of Ethics.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines in the Coaches' Handbook, Conference, and MSHSL policies.
Provide for the health, safety, and well-being of team members.
Actively work to create a culture free from hazing and initiations.
Follow the scheduled operating hours:



2 hours per day.
Adhere to the starting and ending dates for the sport.
Remain aware of all applicable MSHSL rules.
Qualifications
Must demonstrate the ability to promote sportsmanship, enforce the Coach's Code of Ethics, and maintain a safe and respectful workplace.
Compensation
Stipend: $2,884 plus Years of Experience Pay if applicable.
Benefits
The position does not qualify for benefits.
Schedule
2.0 hours per day.
