This alternative property group are searching for a current Finance Manager to manage its group accounting function and act as 2ic to the CFO.
n
You'll lead and manage a small team, whilst executing on these key deliverables;
n
n
- Treasury, including managing banking relationships, funding activities, covenant and compliance reporting
n
- Month end reporting, including variance analysis
n
- Management of unit pricing and valuations
n
- Budgeting, forecasting, cost centre reporting
n
- Process improvement
n
n
You are a CA/CPA qualified Senior Accountant (with leadership experience) or Finance Manager, with extensive experience in the property funds sector. A Big 4 audit background will be well regarded - this role could also suit an Audit Manager 1st mover, with property funds clients.
