Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley, part of InterContinental Hotels Group, is seeking a Demi Chef to join our busy hotel kitchen.
You will prepare meals, manage your workstation, and help keep a clean, compliant kitchen while supporting the team across shifts.
Applicants should have experience in busy kitchens, hotel exposure is a plus, and must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
A strong eye for detail and HACCP knowledge are significant for success in this role.
