This role is for an asset manager who genuinely enjoys leasing.

You'll be responsible for a high-quality industrial & logistics portfolio owned by a leading institutional investor, with assets across NSW and QLD. The focus is clear: maximise income, drive leasing outcomes and unlock value through hands-on asset management.

The Prospect
n
Working within an experienced industrial & logistics team, you'll take ownership of day-to-day asset performance with a strong emphasis on:
n

Leasing strategy and execution
n
Tenant retention and re-leasing
n
Income growth and WALE management
n
Close collaboration with leading industrial leasing agents
n
n
This is a front-foot asset management role, not a passive reporting seat.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead leasing activity across a diversified industrial & logistics portfolio
n
Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental growth
n
Negotiate new leases, renewals and restructures
n




Manage leasing agents and drive accountability on outcomes
n
Maintain strong tenant relationships and anticipate future leasing needs
n
Contribute to asset plans, budgets and value-add initiatives
n
Work closely with development, capital transactions and finance teams
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
You'll likely come from industrial asset management, leasing, or property advisory, and bring:
n
n
Strong experience in industrial & logistics leasing
n
Confidence negotiating directly with tenants and agents
n
Solid understanding of institutional ownership and governance
n
Strong financial and asset management fundamentals
n
Ability to manage multiple assets across states
n
n
