Our role as Project Managers is to provide support to senior internal team members and be the conduit between commercial developers / end users and their consultants and contractors and other various stakeholders. We aim to manage project programme, budget, and quality of delivery to facilitate the best possible project outcomes.
n
Our team is looking for a project manager to deliver a mix of Commercial Developer and Government projects:
n
n
Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to medium and complex projects.
n
Act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
n
Manage all aspects of the project and both the internal team and consultant team to deliver quality outputs on time.
n
Manage commissions, cashflows, budgets plus assist with resourcing and superintendent recommendations.
n
Responsible for end-to-end service delivery of complex, and compelling projects (with support from internal senior management).
n
Assist with development of budgets, will manage complex stakeholder arrangements, manage and assess tenders, co-ordinate contractors and consultants and will get to take ownership of the projects you deliver.
n
Assist with client relationship management and business generation as part of the wider team.
n
Manage builder procurement,
tendering, and contract negotiations.
n
Act as Superintendent under relevant building contracts.
n
Manage the design process for architectural, structural, and services.
n
Managing the change control process.
n
Ensuring the production of formal project progress and other reports.
n
Planning and managing quality, safety, health and environment issues on projects.
n

Qualifications
n
n
A minimum of 5 years' experience from a client-side project management consultancy.
n
Construction project management experience across commercial occupier or fit-out projects.
n
Strong stakeholder management.
n
Drive program, budget, and quality control to meet the company's high standards.
n
Establish and implement best-in‐class delivery systems and processes.
n
Build strong industry relationships with builders, consultants, and key stakeholders.
n
Relevant tertiary qualification related to Construction Project Management.
n
