The Role
n
n
You'll benefit from the support of an experienced and motivated Commercial leadership team whilst you provide end to end subcontractor contract administration based on a project, including but not limited to;
n
Cost and head contract management
n
Establish appropriate management plans in line with head contract risk and opportunities
n
Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings,



procurement schedules across multiple trades across the project lifecycle.
n
Progress claims and variations
n
Demonstrate understanding of construction practices, sequencing of methodology and value of building related goals (materials and services).
n
Cost and project reporting via CHEOPS and Aconex – training provided.
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Senior
construction/building
contract/commercial
management skill set with experience managing head and subcontracts on large building projects
n
Aspiring senior contract administration level; demonstrated experience in leading
subcontractor/trade
administration on medium to large built form projects
n
Industry relevant degree qualification
n
Familiarity with Contract Law principals & construction specific Acts, codes and Regulations
n
Confident & collaborative communicator
n
Self‐motivated and ability to drive autonomous outcomes and decisions.
n
Process and system appreciative
n
n
