Job Description:
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Design, implement, and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
n
Develop and manage Service Portal components, ensuring a seamless user experience for stakeholders and IT teams.
n
Ensure optimal performance and functionality of ITOM processes across the ServiceNow platform.
n
Collaborate with ITSM (IT Service Management), development, and infrastructure teams to align ITOM with business objectives and workflows.
n
Develop and execute integration plans to link ITOM with external systems, tools, and environments.
n
Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting, resolving issues, and optimizing the ITOM processes.
n
Lead and support ServiceNow ITOM-related upgrades, enhancements, and patches.
n
Design automation workflows for IT operations and improve operational efficiency.
n
Create and manage custom workflows within the Service Portal to improve IT self-service capabilities.
n
n
Preferred Qualifications
n
n
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM) certification.
n
Experience with integrating ServiceNow ITOM with third-party tools or platforms (e.g., monitoring tools, CMDBs, etc.).
n
Familiarity with Cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and integrating with ServiceNow.
n
Experience with ServiceNow performance tuning and optimization.
n




Robust understanding of network and infrastructure operations, including monitoring tools and processes.
n
