Our client is an established residential builder delivering high quality homes and medium-density residential developments across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of work and several large masterplanned communities underway, they are looking to appoint an experiencedSite Manager to oversee a flagship residential project in Sydney's Northern Beaches.
n
Working closely with the Construction Manager, you will take ownership of a large residential development from site establishment through to completion, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
n
The Role:
n
n
Supervise the construction of a large residential housing development
n
Coordinate and schedule daily site activities
n
Manage labour and trades, both direct and subcontracted
n
Ensure works are completed in line with programme, budget and quality standards
n
Liaise regularly with the Construction Manager and key stakeholders
n
Keep the business updated on site progress and performance
n
Resolve any issues on site while maintaining a safe working environment
n
Drive quality, productivity and customer satisfaction throughout the build process
n

The Requirements:
n
n
Relevant experience in a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager role
n
Strong background within residential construction
n
Proven experience delivering high quality residential developments, with exposure to medium-density, masterplanned communities or large scale housing projects.
n
Relevant trade qualifications or tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction
n
Excellent communication, leadership and time management skills
n
Current driver's licence
n
