The Role and Duties
n
This is a permanent position to support a Senior Partner specialising in Employment Law and will include a mix of advisory and litigated work. Your duties will include:
n

Diary, email and matter management
n
Drafting, formatting and amending documents
n
Assisting with due diligence, research and matter organisation
n
Liaising with clients, internal stakeholders and external parties
n
Drafting and filing court documents
n
Billing, expense management,



and WIP reporting
n
Domestic and international travel booking
n
Expense management
n
n
About You
n
To be considered for this position, you will have:
n
n
3+ years experience as a Legal Assistant (in any area of law)
n
Strong document and matter management skills
n
High attention to detail and confidence working in a rapid paced environment
n
Professional, proactive and able to build solid relationships quickly
n
Full permanent Australian working rights
n
A desire for longevity in a support role
n
n
