About the Role
n
Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, you'll lead and oversee multiple Dandenong based business units, providing strategic direction, operational leadership and commercial oversight.
n
Your key focus is to drive territory growth and execute the strategic plan for our Power & Energy Division - expanding market presence, strengthening customer value and delivering sustainable commercial results.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
Developing and executing territory growth strategies to increase revenue, margin and market share
n
Overseeing operational performance, driving productivity, efficiency and cost control
n
Monitoring financial performance and key metrics, ensuring robust commercial outcomes and accountability
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
n
Leading,



coaching and developing leaders to build capability and drive a high-performance culture
n
About You
n
You're a commercially driven leader who can operate at both a strategic and operational level. You know how to identify growth opportunities, align teams and deliver results.
n
To be successful, you will have:
n
Proven experience in a senior operational or business development role within heavy equipment, engineering or a related industry
n
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, growth targets and performance outcomes
n
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies that deliver measurable results
n
A leadership style that builds accountability, capability and high performance
n
Mechanical aptitude, supported by a trade and/or tertiary qualification in a relevant field
n
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
