We're seeking an experienced Assistant National Operations Manager to support our operations.
n
The role
n
Working closely with the National Operations Manager, you will:
n
n
Coordinate freight,



labour and equipment to meet daily customer requirements
n
Support and lead operations employees across the Mildura depot
n
Monitor KPIs, costs, service levels and equipment utilisation
n
Manage performance, training and workforce requirements
n
Work with the workshop, warehouse and yard teams to maintain operational continuity
n
Ensure compliance with WHS, Chain of Responsibility and quality requirements
n
Step into key operational roles during planned and unplanned leaveIdentify and drive continuous improvement across transport operations
n

About you
n
You will bring:

At least five years' transport industry experience in a similar role
n
Demonstrated people-management and leadership experience
n
Strong operational, customer-service and problem-solving skills
n
Sound knowledge of transport safety and compliance requirements
n
Explicit written and verbal communication skills
n
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
