Internationally integrated team with exposure to cross-border mattersacross Asia, the UK,USand Middle East, with collaboration across global offices
n
Varied, high-end caseload spanning commercial disputes, class actions, regulatory and internal investigations,



and white-collar matters
n
Direct engagement with nationally recognised partners across
litigation,arbitrationand
investigations, with end-to-end matter responsibility, mentorship of junior lawyers, and exposure to strategic decision-making
n
Collegiate, high-performing team workplace with structured support
n
5–8 years PQE in commercial
litigation,arbitrationor
investigations, with experience managing complex matters and stakeholder engagement
n
n
Senior Lawyer - Disputes (mixed practice)
n
n
Broaddisputesrole spanning commercial
litigation,insolvencyand
construction matters, across litigation strategy, statutory demands, bankruptcy proceedings, recovery actions,
contractdisputesand
construction-related claims
n
Exposure to a diverse client base including corporates,
developers,contractorsand
insolvency practitioners
n
Hands-on position with ownership of files and direct involvement in strategy and client management
n
Collaborative team environment with close partner access and opportunities to mentor and develop junior lawyers
n
4–8 years' PQE with strong commercial disputes experience; insolvency and/or construction
exposureadvantageous,
strong drafting skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
