Job Description
Sika Schweiz AG is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Western Australia to lead Production and Warehouse teams, ensuring safety, quality and reliable delivery.

You will drive production scheduling, maintenance programs, logistics, contractor oversight, and data reporting while promoting waste minimisation, FIFO, and robust housekeeping across the site. You will also support the QC laboratory and coordinate audits and risk assessments.
