Join City of Moreton Bay as an Aquatic and Recreation Venue Coordinator, and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.

Leading a small team, you'll ensure our contract‐managed venues are delivering high‐quality, productive and compliant service at our 15 venues across the City.

Base pay range
n
A$129,******/yr - A$150,******/yr

$129,747pa + 12% super + leave loading (Level 8)

72.5 hour fortnight

Responsibilities
n
n
Develop and implement best practice contract and performance management frameworks
n
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strong outcomes for Council and the community
n
Contribute to operational and business planning, including budgets and financial performance
n
Champion a culture of teamwork, innovation, performance, and customer service
n
Lead and support a small team to deliver consistent, high‐quality venue operations
n
n
About you
n
This is a wonderful opportunity to share your significant experience in the management of aquatic and leisure venues, financial management experience, and strong contract management experience using contemporary contract and risk management frameworks.
n
You'll also bring your:
n
n
Experience building collaborative relationships at all organisational levels and ability to productively consult and negotiate with a broad range of customers and stakeholders
n
Significant experience in leading and managing high‐performing teams and developing individual and team capability
n
A degree level qualification in leisure management,



business or another relevant field
