We're looking for a D365 Solution Architect to design and lead technology solutions using the D365 platform. This role requires strong knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations, Power Platform, and system integrations. The architect will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable and effective solutions.

Your contributions
n
n




Manage and support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) system for all retail operations, including ERP and POS.
n
Make sure software and hardware work well together in retail store environments.
n
Align technology solutions with business goals and future growth plans.
n
Explore and suggest new D365 features or tools that could benefit retail systems.
n
Guide development teams to follow the right architecture and technical standards.
n
Review current systems and suggest improvements.
n
Ensure D365 systems follow industry rules, data privacy laws, and security best practices.
n
Help plan and support backup and recovery strategies for D365 systems.
n
n
What we are looking for
n
n
5+ years of experience as a solution architect with a focus on corporate systems including CRM/ERP.
n
Experience working in complex enterprise IT service delivery environments.
n
Experience leading and driving the architectural design for Enterprise class CRM and/or Large-scale integration projects is advantageous.
n
A pragmatic, flexible approach with strong negotiation skills to work across diverse teams.
n
Knowledge and experience with Dynamics MPOS functional areas, ideally including ERP, Contemporary POS, Retail, and Finance.
n
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of customers.
n
Familiarity with ITSM tools, including automation and orchestration (desirable).
n
