As they embark on a finance transformation journey, they are seeking a Payroll Officer to join their dynamic team. This is a hands‐on role where your expertise ensures payroll accuracy for a diverse workforce across multiple sites.

Key
Responsibilities:n
n
Manage end‐to‐end payroll for a large, multi‐site workforce using ADP or similar systems.
n
Ensure compliance with awards, enterprise agreements, and payroll legislation.
n
Partner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll queries and streamline processes.
n
Assist with payroll reporting, audits,
and month‐end activities.
n
Support system upgrades and automation initiatives.
n
n
About You:n
n
4+ years of payroll experience in a high‐volume, fast‐paced environment.
n
Degree‐qualified in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
n
Robust working knowledge of ADP, SAP, or similar payroll systems.
n
Detail‐oriented with excellent problem‐solving and communication skills.
n
Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is highly regarded.
n

Base Pay Range: A$100,******/yr – A$110,******/yr
n
