WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW
n
n
Driving business growth across NSW and QLD, targeting public and private hospitals, day surgeries, and healthcare groups.
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clinical, operational, and corporate decision‐makers to secure long‐term contracts.
n
Managing the full sales cycle including lead generation, tender submissions, contract negotiation, and implementation.
n




Applying expertise in infection control, sterile services (CSSD), and hospital procurement processes to influence adoption and compliance.
n
Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, product management, supply chain) to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
n
Self‐motivated and results‐driven, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to work independently.

WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
n
n
5–10 years of proven business development or sales experience in healthcare or medical consumables.
n
Strong knowledge of infection control, sterile services (CSSD), and hospital procurement processes.
n
Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills at senior clinical and corporate levels.
n
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a self‐motivated and results‐driven approach.
n
Must be able to work 3 weeks in NSW and 1 week in QLD.
n
You must be fully vaccinated against COVID‐19 and have full working rights for Australia.
