This package delivers critical upgrades at Beerwah, including heavy rail works, a major station overhaul, and seamless integration with the North Coast Line and the Beerburrum–Nambour Rail Upgrade.

What you'll do (but not limited to):
n
n
Lead rail access planning, approvals and, including possessions, isolations and SCAS requirements
n
Develop SCA process and mentor engineering teams in the process application
n
Coordinate safe, compliant and efficient delivery of rail corridor works while managing access risks, conflicts and operational constraints
n
Manage interfaces between Queensland Rail, TMR and third-party stakeholders through integration planning, workshops and proactive issue resolution
n
Align, construction and operational requirements to support effective project delivery within live rail environments
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with rail authorities, clients and delivery partners, acting as the key contact for rail-related matters
n
Maintain interface, approval and works registers
n
Support project teams through coaching, guidance and capability development in rail integration, SCA application and interface management
n
Provide trusted advice on rail operations, stakeholder management and interface risk
n
Demonstrate strong HSEQ leadership, ensuring compliance with legislative,



client and organisational requirements while promoting a culture of safety, collaboration and continuous improvement
n

What you're good at:
n
n
Significant experience managing rail interfaces, rail access planning or rail operations within major infrastructure projects
n
Strong understanding of Local Rail Authority processes, standards and corridor access requirements
n
Experience integrating construction activities within operational rail environments
n
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, negotiation and influencing skills
n
Proven ability to manage complex interfaces across multidisciplinary teams
n
Strong program planning and risk management capabilities
n
Excellent communication, facilitation and reporting skills
n
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
n
Commitment to achieving outstanding HSEQ outcomes
