Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Unit or Home Care - Days/Nights at Hospice of the Western Reserve, Cleveland, OH. Join to apply for the RN role at Hospice of the Western Reserve. They operate 18 counties in Northern Ohio with 4 Inpatient Hospice Care Centers and offer multiple care styles (Admissions, Home Care, Inpatient, After Hours, Pediatric, etc.) with opportunities available in PT, FT, and PRN on days or nights.

Responsibilities
n
The responsibilities for this RN role include providing quality patient care across inpatient and home-care settings, adhering to organizational values and maintaining skilled standards. The description below reflects the general expectations and may be updated as needed.

Physical & Environmental Requirements
n
n
Medium to heavy work requiring exertion up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds of force frequently; may involve moving,



transporting patients sometimes in excess of 150 pounds; use of safe transfer techniques and body mechanics.
n
Positions may require stooping, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, fingering, grasping, and visual/hearing/ Color perception abilities.
n
Exposure to environmental elements, infectious disease, bloodborne pathogens, chemicals, and inclement weather with appropriate safety measures. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Qualifications & Requirements
n
n
Active licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio.
n
High level of integrity, ethics and professionalism.
n
Compliance with Annual Vaccination Policy or ability to provide exemption documentation.
n
Active auto insurance if driving as part of the role, with proper coverage where applicable and an active driver's license if applicable.
n
Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
n
Caregiver with the ability to work in a patient-facing environment and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
