Job Description
n
As a Senior Consultant – Data & AI, you will be instrumental in delivering data-driven transformation and AI solutions to our clients. Working closely with senior leadership and clients, you will develop scalable, efficient, and impactful AI and data analytics solutions.
n
You will be part of a global network of 250+ data professionals across our Centres of Excellence in Paris, Montréal, Brussels, New York, London, Hong Kong, and the Middle East, solving complex data challenges and driving innovation.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Project Delivery & Technical Execution
n
n
Gather and translate business requirements into functional data designs and models that optimise value.
n
Build and maintain scalable, efficient, and best-practice data pipelines, ETLs, and transformations using Azure, Snowflake, AWS, or Oracle.
n
Develop visual reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, or Oracle Analytics Cloud.
n
Implement machine learning and AI models, including predictive analytics,
supervised/unsupervised
learning, and econometrics.
n
Apply data governance principles, including data quality, master data management, metadata management, and data lineage.
n
Work in agile and traditional project environments, participating in scrum ceremonies, sprint planning,



and retrospectives.
n

Business Development & Client Engagement
n
n
Support business development initiatives, including proposal development and RFPs.
n
Collaborate with clients to define AI-driven solutions that provide tangible business value.
n
Contribute to internal capability-building within Sia's Data & AI practice.
n
n
Technical Expertise & Innovation
n
We seek hands‐on experience in one or more of the following areas:
n
n
Strong SQL skills for data pipelines and modeling.
n
Data transformation tooling such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), FiveTran, Matillion, Oracle Data Integration, AWS Glue, AWS Data Pipeline.
n
Experience with Azure, Snowflake, AWS, or Oracle data warehousing technologies.
n
Knowledge of Python or similar programming languages for AI and automation.
n
Experience with machine learning, forecasting, and quantitative analytics.
n
Hands‐on experience with Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, Oracle Analytics Cloud.
n
DevOps & Automation:n
n
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation (Azure DevOps preferred).
n
n
Agile Delivery & Project Management:n
n
Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or similar agile tooling.
n
n
Work closely with managers and senior consultants to deliver client projects successfully.
n
Coach and mentor junior consultants, supporting their professional growth.
n
Collaborate with global Data & AI experts to leverage best practices and cutting‐edge solutions.
n

Qualifications
n
To succeed in this role, you should have:
n
n




A bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
n
Experience in Data, AI, or Analytics consulting, ideally within a professional services or technology firm.
n
A strong foundation in data analytics, AI, and cloud technologies, with experience in at least one major cloud platform.
n
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi‐disciplinary teams.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
n
An entrepreneurial mindset, eager to learn, innovate, and drive change.
