Where you'll make an impact
n
n
You will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Hamilton Island's digital transformation initiatives, including:
n
Lead the redevelopment of our website (booking engine, CMS and hosting platform)
n
Drive CRM implementation and optimisation
n
Oversee mobile app development and customer data platform (CDP) integration
n
Manage project planning, scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics
n
Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and vendor partners to ensure seamless delivery
n
Balance agile and waterfall methodologies depending on project requirements
n
Ensure digital solutions are scalable,



secure, high-performing, and user-centric
n
Support operational transition and adoption of new platforms
n

What we're looking for
n
You're a highly organised, delivery-focused project professional with strong digital expertise and the confidence to lead complex, customer-facing technology initiatives. You thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage competing priorities, and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
n
You bring a strategic mindset, strong risk management capability, and a passion for delivering measurable business outcomes through digital innovation.
n
To be successful, you'll need
n
n
8+ years' project delivery experience, including at least 3+ years managing digital or customer-facing technology projects
n
Proven experience delivering websites (CMS and hosting platforms), CRM platforms, mobile apps, or digital experience platforms
n
Strong working knowledge of agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies
n
Experience working with digital technologies such as CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager), CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot), and cloud hosting environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
n
Solid stakeholder engagement, communication, and vendor management skills
n
Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master or similar)
n
Tertiary qualification in IT, Business, or related discipline
n
Experience within hospitality, tourism, or travel industries
n
