Through continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Estimator to join a well-established residential builder operating within the wholesale and investor market.

With a strong reputation for delivering high-volume residential homes and townhouses and maintaining long-term developer and investor relationships, this business continues to experience steady growth across the Victorian market.

The Role
n
n
Prepare accurate sales estimates and tender documentation for residential projects
n
Produce site costings, BOQs and preliminary pricing assessments
n
Support the Sales and Pre-Construction teams throughout the sales process
n
Price client variations, upgrades and amendments accurately and efficiently
n
Review plans, engineering, developer guidelines and specifications
n
Liaise with suppliers and trades to obtain competitive pricing
n
Maintain estimating databases, pricing schedules and supplier rates
n
Ensure all estimates are completed within required timeframes and budgets
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience in Sales Estimating or residential construction estimating
n
Exposure to wholesale, investor or volume residential building highly regarded
n
Strong understanding of residential construction methods and workflows
n
Knowledge of the Victorian residential construction market
n
Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
n
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Diploma of Building or relevant construction qualification advantageous
n
