genU is seeking a Property Care Manager to join our Social Enterprises division in Western Australia. This division delivers high-quality, commercially sustainable goods and services while providing meaningful employment opportunities for NDIS participants with employment-related goals and the broader supported workforce.

In this position you will lead and coordinate teams across multiple sites to ensure operational excellence, financial sustainability, and the delivery of high-quality services aligned with genU's Social Enterprise strategy.

What you'll do
n
n
Direct and oversee the day-to-day operations of genU Grounds Maintenance, Landcare and Nursery teams across Western Australia ensuring efficient and effective service delivery;
n
Proactively identify, engage and drive new business opportunities;
n
Develop comprehensive production and work schedules;
n
Implement and enforce genU OH&S; policies and procedures to maintain a safe work workplace for all employees;
n
Manage fleet, assets, maintenance and utilisation of all vehicles, machinery, and equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards;
n
Assist in the development of annual budgets and pricing reviews, working closely with the Social Enterprise Manager.

What you'll bring
n
n
Proven experience in Managing large scale teams across multiple sites;
n
A background in landscape and horticulture is essential; and experience with property maintenance highly desirable;
n




Demonstrated experience managing operational teams within public gardens and landscaping or a similar commercial environment.
n
Understanding of Quality Assurance systems and OH&S; regulations;
n
Competent computer skills (Word, excel, outlook and company databases and applications);
n
n
(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
