The role
n
We have an engaging opportunity for a Senior / Site Supervisor to join our team. You will coordinate site activities for areas and packages of work with subcontract teams, maintaining safety and quality management in line with the program.
n
About you
n
With strong construction delivery experience on new build projects between $50mil – 100+mil, you can take ownership of areas of work and maintain engagement with the workforce and subcontractor supervisors,



ensuring issues are managed quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities and Capabilities
n
n
Developing short term programs and work schedules and understanding the labour requirements.
n
Effectively coordinating and supervising in office resources for the project and managing trades.
n
Monitoring construction progress and compliance with safety and environmental standards
n
Working with engineers to manage construction issues and maintain progress against program.
n
Experience in similar roles on large projects with a main contractor.
